Manufacturing

Please note all of our screens are made to order.

Courier delivery times can vary depending on location. We will notify you with an ETA once your order is placed regarding manufacturing/dispatching. Some screens are stocked all the time so will be dispatched quickly. Most orders are dispatched in 14 days of placing order.

Shipping & Delivery

Due to the size and weight of our screens shipping can vary greatly depending on the location and carrier. Your order may be delivered by ute or a large crane truck depending on the number of screens and courier availability in your area.

Depending on your location, you may be asked to assist in hand unloading your order.

We can offer depot pickup to certain areas. Please email or call us to arrange a quote.

We have subsidised shipping rates - 

Melbourne, Brisbane, Sydney metro areas will get FREE delivery on most orders. 

VIC, QLD, NSW regional areas will be no charge depending on the postcode. Please enter your address at the checkout to check if free delivery applies to your postcode. 

All other regions we can deliver to we just ask that you contact us first to make sure our freight companies can service your area. 

The cost is automatically calculated at the checkout based on your postcode. If you receive a message saying shipping to your area is not available it means you are outside of our regular delivery zone and will need to contact us for a quote.

 

We use a number of different local and interstate carriers to deliver to our customers. Get in touch with the team for a freight quote for anywhere in Australia.

 

Are these screens suitable for outside?

Yes, we only use high-quality Kiln Dried hardwood to manufacturer our screens (the same type of timber used in decking). 

 

Do they need to be oiled?

If the screens are going to be outside in the elements they should definitely be oiled. It will greatly prolong the timbers' life and retain its colour. We offer an oiling service for an extra cost or you can do it yourself. Applying decking oil with a spray gun is a simple, quick way to do it yourself.

 

How often will they need oiling?

This depends on exposure to the elements and is just like decking. In heavily exposed conditions once a year will keep them looking fresh and greatly prolong their life. If under patio ceilings or undercover areas they will not need oiling nearly as much. 

 

Where is the product made?

Our manufacturing facility is in Brisbane. 

 

Do you install?

No. We focus on making a great, high-quality product and rely on a range of tradespeople to do our installations. Feel free to get in touch and we will do our best to suggest someone we have worked with in the past in your area. 

  

Do you make custom sizes?

Yes, we do. Send us the dimensions and a drawing if you have one of what you're trying to do and we will send you a quote. 

 

How are they held together?

All our products are built in Australia. We pre-drill and screw everything with galvanised screws from Scrooz Fasteners Australia. This is a time-consuming process but is by far the best quality option for a long-lasting product.
